Natural, warm en robust...
Piekvier Lodge is a traditional Austrian country house with a beautiful view over the valley.
The skibus stops really nearby our house and will bring you tot the Planai station whitin several minutes. There you have acces to 188km of connected slopes.


The whole interior is fitted with all modern appliances.
​The house has a robust look and is partly build with local materials. It has a lot of warm and colorful features.
The style of the house is a mixture of traditional Austrian and modern Dutch influences.

Introducing your hosts, Merel and Michael!
Hi, we are Merel and Michael and we recently moved to Austria. Michael is from Schladming, and for the last 10 years he lived in Holland. When we got the opportunity to move back and build the Piekvier Lodge on family land, we grabbed it with Both hands and here we are! For centuries the descendants of the family " Anleintner" lived on this beautiful land surrounded by nature.
Ourselves, we love living in the mountains and enjoy combining our family life with farming and running the Piekvier Lodge.
