Our guests appreciate the calm location and the near to the center of Schladming, where you will find many shops, restaurants and bars, and also the near to the valley station Planai. The station you will reach in about 8 minutes of walk. So a car free holiday is guaranteed. Also in summer this apartment is a nice place, because hiking paths, bike- and run-trails, the river Enns with small bays and many more leisure attractions starts in front of the house. A nice sun-terrace is another plus factor. Supermarkets, Indoor- and outdoor pool are located near the apartment-house. At Gabbie you will find one 55m² apartment for 4 persons on the ground floor. A spacious eat-in kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet as well a big sun terrace makes your holiday unforgettable. A storage room for bikes, a reserved carport parking-lot, internet-connection and a ski depot opposite the Planai Valley Station are also available.

Von Deutschland über Salzburg bis Ausfahrt Knoten Ennstal/Graz auf der Autobahn (A 10), dann 18 km Bundesstraße (B 320) bis Schladming; Von Wien in Richtung Linz bis Sattledt auf der Westautobahn, dann auf der Pyhrn-Autobahn bis Liezen, danach 50 km auf der B 320 bis nach Schladming; Von Wien auf der Autobahn bis zum Semmering, danach Schnellstraße und Autobahn bis Liezen, danach 50 km auf der B 320 bis nach Schladming Von Italien, Kärnten kommend auf der Tauernautobahn (Udine-Tarvis-Villach) bis Ausfahrt Knoten Ennstal/Graz, danach 18 km auf der B 320 bis Schladming; Aus Richtung Graz bis Liezen auf der Autobahn, Bundesstraße B 320 bis Schladming;
Take the exit Schladming Mitte in direction Schladming. Follow the street to the first roundabout and take the 3rd exit in direction center and Erzherzog Johann Street. Follow this street for about 200 meter then turn left into the Tutterstraße( 3rd exit). Follow this street and on the end turn right into Katzenburgweg. After 50 meter you can see on the left side the new built apartment Gabbie.
