The charming holiday house Maggy is the perfect holiday home for those, who want to spend their summer and winter holidays offside of the hectic rouble in a romantic environment and loves to have a fantastic view into the nature. Calm, offside but however central is the house located in the idyllic Rohrmoos-Untertal. The Hochwurzen Valley Station you can after 7 minutes of drive by bus or car. The holiday house Maggy offers space on 160m² for 6-8 persons. At the furniture the owner attach importance to a rustic, charming cosiness with modern touch and comfort. So invites you for example the cockle stove in the cosy and spacious living room, on cold winter-evening, by a glass of wine to nice get-together's. 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two terraces give the house more charm and let the house be the perfect holiday home for families and friends. Directly in front of the house is a bus stop located, from which you have perfect connections to the slopes in Rohrmoos. But not only the holiday house offer many possibilities, also the around is brilliant. The Untertal Valley is known for his broad winter-hiking paths, Cross country slopes and sleigh runs ... in Summer hiking paths, bike trails, mountain lakes, Nordic walking trails... all this you can reach easily from the house. Traditional restaurants, cottages and alp's are located in range. The next supermarket is about 7 minutes of drive away from the house.

Von Deutschland über Salzburg bis Ausfahrt Knoten Ennstal/Graz auf der Autobahn (A 10), dann 18 km Bundesstraße (B 320) bis Schladming; Von Wien in Richtung Linz bis Sattledt auf der Westautobahn, dann auf der Pyhrn-Autobahn bis Liezen, danach 50 km auf der B 320 bis nach Schladming; Von Wien auf der Autobahn bis zum Semmering, danach Schnellstraße und Autobahn bis Liezen, danach 50 km auf der B 320 bis nach Schladming; Von Italien, Kärnten kommend auf der Tauernautobahn (Udine-Tarvis-Villach) bis Ausfahrt Knoten Ennstal/Graz, danach 18 km auf der B 320 bis Schladming; Aus Richtung Graz bis Liezen auf der Autobahn, Bundesstraße B 320 bis Schladming;
Take the exit Schladming Middle and follow the way to the first roundabout. There you take the 2nd exit, means straight until you can see the second roundabout. Take there also the second exit in direction Rohrmoos. Follow this street for about 2 km until you will see the next roundabout. Here you take the 2nd exit, means you turn left into the Tälerstraße. Now always follow this street until you can see on the right sight a restaurant called Michlbauer. 250m after Michlbauer you turn right and go up to the second house - now you arrived your holiday home!
