Our apartment on Sonnenhang (the "sunny side") is perfectly situated for a holiday in the mountains. The apartment is furnished and equipped to suit the needs of a family or group of friends.

You will wake up with the mountains just outside of your apartment and get ready for your winter or summer adventure. Enjoy the stunning view of Schladming and the surrounding mountains from the balcony. When you leave our house you will find yourself just a 800 meter walk away from the main square.

After a 800 meter walk you will find yourself right by the entrance of the lift. Whether you’re going for a mountain hike or going skiing, this is the place to start your adventure.

After a lovely day on the mountains you will have a proper home to come back to. You can cook together with family and friends in your apartment or pay a visit to one of the many restaurants found just around the corner.

If you are looking for high standard accommodation in a quiet but yet central location - you have come to the right place.

You are welcome to check in at our main office in Schladming on Ramsauerstrasse 93.
Check in between 16:00 and 20:00 for late check in please contact us prior to your arrival.
Check out before 10:00 on the day of departure.
