The apartment house is situated at the entrance of the national park Sölktäler in the recreational area Schlad-ming/Dachstein in Styria and is the ideal place for all sorts of activities throughout the year.

Are you looking for peace and relaxation or sporting activities and adventure? The central position of the house offers everything for everyone within a short distance: peaceful mountain pastures, magnificent peaks, crystal-clear water and also cultural destinations well worth seeing as well as sporting activities in nature.
Our large terrace offers a splendid view of the Enns valley and the mountain Dachstein. Each day of your holidays can end in harmony and relaxation with the unforgettable colours of the sunset. Enjoy the clean mountain air with a refreshing drink after an eventful day since our house is at the same level as the health resort Gröbming.

Our apartments
All you have to bring are good vibes and your personal luggage. Everything else is available in our apartments. Whether you come by yourself or with your partner / family, there is room for up to ten guests. Our house is ideal for two families or friends who want to spend their holiday together. The two identical apartments offer much com-fort. Well-trained pets are also welcome. Our apartments offer an eco-friendly floor heating and two bedrooms with sufficient storage room. The large living-room is the ideal meeting-place with a seating corner, audio system, TV, a library and a fireplace for romantic evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped (electric cooker, oven, microwave, dish-washer, fridge with freezer compartment, percolator, water boiler, toaster, sufficient cutlery and crockery). There is also our linen closet with bedlinen, table linen and towels at your disposal.

In the basement there is a large room for your clothes and skis as well as a ski boot drier. The garage offers room for two cars, and there are two further parking spaces in front of the house. The wood and the meadow around the es-tate are at your disposal as well as the sauna and the whirlpool.

Summer
The national park Sölktäler offers many hiking routes: the nature trail Schwarzensee, the geological trail Gumpeneck, the waterfall on the way to Hohensee, or the three ‘Kaltenbach’-lakes (just to mention a few). The bus stop is a two minute-walk from the house. The permanent exhibition “Natura Mirabilis” in the castle of Großsölk as well as the special exhibition “The Gold of the Mountain pastures” are worth seeing.
Fans of herbs and gardens can visit the garden of the Jesuits. In addition to this great variety close by our house the entire region offers countless attractions (Ennstal Classic, mountain biking, outdoor swimming pools, golf courses and adventure parks).

Winter
Also in winter the national park Sölktäler is an extraordinary experience. Enjoy a ski tour, cross country skiing, a ride in a horse-drawn sleigh, snowshoe hikes or a romantic night hike with torches.
You can also enjoy alpine skiing in the close-by 4-mountains-ski area of the well-known resorts of Hauser Kaibling, Planai, Hochwurzen and Reiteralm. The starting point (carpark of the funicular railway) is at a distance of 14 km.
Within a few minutes the cable railway takes you to a height of 1423m to the area with 44 ski lifts and 123km of
ski runs. The best way to get there is by car, but you can also take the bus or the train

Ride towards Sölkpass road:
Pruggern - Moosheim - Stein/Enns (= 6 km)


Access from Liezen:

Ride on road B320 towards Schladming:
Liezen - Stainach - Espang - junction Öblarn (= 20 km)

Ride towards Öblarn and Sölkpass road:
Espang - Niederöblarn - Öblarn - Stein/Enns (= 11 km)


Drive in Stein/ Enns:

Ride towards Sölkpass road:
Main square - elementary school - before the fire station - turn left (= 200 m)

Ride up in the direction of Church on the road:
Komfort Appartementhaus (= 100 m, righthand)
