The space
This is a newly built modern luxury house. Near here the city center, yet calm area, situated in the beautiful view of the building. Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee-tea maker, dishes, cutlery, dishtowels. Bathroom has towels, hair dryer, bath with shower. In the living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, WIFI, HD Smart TV to ensure your relaxing vacation.
We have ski storege. The car parking is free.
This building is in the little city that is name Gröbming. The main road (Haupstrasse) it is 300 meter from the house. There is many shops and restaurants, bank etc..
There are many ski slopes near here: Hauser Kaibling is 8 km, Stoderzinken is 10 km, Galsterbergalm 9 km.

Salzburg airport 100 kms, Gröbming railway station 5 kms, Gröbming bus station 300 meters away from our house. Highway: A9 and A10 35 kms away from Gröbming.
Coming from Liezen in the third, Coming from Schladming to go the first into Gröbming’s driveway, then the third exit of the roundabout, go along about 200 meter on Badegessen (uphill) and turn right on Erzherzog J.W. Street. The street is a dead end, the last house in the Dream House
