Country House Claudia

The country house Claudia is located about 650 meters outside the center of Kirchberg. The lift Gaisberg is just about 140 meters away. In summer you can use the common garden. There is enough parking in front of the house.
The apartment Claudia is located on the ground floor and has 50 sqm with 1 bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom with bath tub. The studio-apartment Gaisberg is in the lower level of the house. It has a pull-out sofa bed, a dining area and a little kitchenette. The shower and a toilet are outside next door on the hallway but for only use.

Winter:
A bus stop is just 200 meters away, the Gaisberg with its night skiing and tobogganing is just 140 meters away.

Summer:
You can reach heaps of hiking tracks directly from the holiday house. The house is located ideally for mountain bikers as the Gaisbergtrail and the Lisi-Osl-Trail run right passed it.
The local swimming lake is 1 kilometre away.
