Desayuno OpcionalHaus Vötter is situated approx. 1,600 m from the centre of Kirchberg in Tyrol, in the direction of Aschau. A 1-minute walk takes you to the bus stop while the village centre is just a 15-minute walk away. The nearby mountain lifts are Maierl, Gaisberg and Pengelstein which are easily reached by bus. These lifts take you directly into Kitzbühel’s ski area and the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental in winter. It is possible to ski directly to the house, off-piste, when there is sufficient snow.
In summer, access to the magnificent Kitzbühel Alps mountain landscape is directly outside the house!
