Our new, bright and modernly furnished house is situated in a quiet location on Westendorf’s sunny plateau in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps. 15-minute walk to village centre.
Hiking, walking, cycling, mountain biking, golfing, swimming - everything is just outside the front door or accessible within a few metres! (Open-air swimming pools 100m, golf course 800m). Small playground.

The gondola station is just 500 m away from our house (10-minute walk), making access to the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental very easy in Winter. A bobsleigh slope for children is directly behind the house while the cross-country ski trails pass by the house too.

From the village centre, follow the directions to Holzham and the signposts for the outdoor swimming pool (Freischwimmbad). At the swimming pool turn left, continue straight-ahead for 200 m, then turn left over a little bridge, immediately left again
