Situated in a sunny and good location, our apartment is particularly suitable for families.
Make yourself at home and enjoy your stay in the Kitzbühel Alps.

The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds),
a modern, well-equipped, open-plan kitchen, a comfortable living room, a bathroom (separate WC),
a terrace, a balcony, individual lockable ski/bike storage room, ski-boot dryer and more than 4 car parking spaces.

Our house is the perfect departure point for numerous hikes (Winter and Summer), bike tours etc. In addition, the entrance point to the cross-
country tracks is in close proximity, the ski bus stops approx. 150 m from the house and the swimming pool / swimming lake are only a 5 min walk away, until 3 minutes walking time you directly reach the center of Brixen.

coming from Munich / Wörgl:
Leave the A12 at the junction (17) Wörgl Ost in the direction St. Johann in Tyrol, Brixental, Wörgl-Ost and take the Lofererstraße (B171). Follow the road for approx. 4 km. Turn off right onto the Brixental-national road continuing on this road - after approx. 15 minutes you arrive in Brixen im Thale. Here continue on the Dorfstraße and at the Gasthof Alpenrose turn right in the direction of "Freizeitanlage Brixen im Thale". Continue on until you come to the possibility to cross over a bridge on your right. Cross this bridge and immediately turn left, follow this road (Achenweg) and the 2nd house on your left (with a wooden balcony) is your destination.
