Two cosy, beautifully furnished apartments located in a quiet, sunny location and yet only a short walking distance from the village centre with a very pleasant walk passing in front of the house. From apartment “1”, the garden can be accessed directly from the living / kitchen area where the furniture is available for your relaxation! The large terrace with apartment “2” offers a fantastic view of the Choralpe mountain! Behind the house there is a cross-country ski track as well as a bob-sleigh slope for the children. On request: a ski taxi to the village centre, massage, pedicure and a bread delivery service.

From the village centre, follow the directions to Holzham and the signposts for the outdoor swimming pool (Freischwimmbad). At the swimming pool turn left, continue straight-ahead for 200 m, then turn left over a little bridge, immediately left again (the yellow house)
