  On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining area, where you and your family or friends will find enough space to celebrate or simply enjoy a cosy meal. Next to it is the living room (parlour) with corner bench, table, TV and access to the terrace. On the same level is another bedroom with 1 double bed and washbasin. Opposite is a bathroom with shower and washbasin, next to it is a separate WC. On the 1st floor, to the right of the stairs, is a bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. Next to it is a WC with a separate entrance. There are also two double bedrooms and a double bedroom with a sofa bed on this floor, all equipped with a washbasin and TV. Enjoy the unique surroundings on our summer terrace.In the house there is also a travel cot for babies and toddlers, 2 highchairs are also available for you.In the vicinity of our house there are 3 ski areas, Kitzbüheler Alpen (Penzingbahn 1 km), Bergbahnen Kitzbühel (Hahnenkamm 5 km), ski area Wilder Kaiser (Ellmau 8 km). The nearest cross-country ski run is 700 metres away. The ski bus for the Kitzbühel Alps ski area runs directly in front of our house, the bus stop for the Kitzbühel ski area is about 500 metres away. Winter or summer hikes are possible directly from the house. The nearest supermarket is about 1 km away, the nearest restaurant is just opposite or directly in Oberndorf (1km). You can enjoy the nightlife in Kitzbühel or in St. Johann i. T., both are about 5 km away. In summer there are several mountain railways that are open. From there you can enjoy the view or go on beautiful hikes. There is also plenty for children to discover on the mountain. Swimming opportunities: Schwarzsee near Kitzbühel (6 km), Oberndorf outdoor pool (1 km), Walchsee (30 km) Worth seeing: Aurach Wildlife Park (10 km), very nice for children, the Crystal Worlds in Wattens (60 km), Innsbruck (90 km) is also worth a trip or of course Salzburg (80 km).
