There are different accommodations in the alp village: Almlodges (luxus-alp air-huts for 2-10 people), Almflats (1-4 people), comfortable Almpartments (2-7 people) and Almsmarts Doublerooms. According our desire you will get an amply breakfast buffet or an already covered breakfast table in your „Almlodge“. Furthermore there are different sauna a big swimming pond and an in-house adventure program for relaxing and attractive holidays. All huts are with internetaccess for laptops.
The active alp village is located in the center of Flachau. The skibusstop, cross-country skiing slope, restaurants and shops are nearby. There are different accommodations in the alp village: Almlodges (luxus-alp air-huts for 2-10 people), Almflats (1-4 people), comfortable Almpartments (2-7 people) and Almsmarts double rooms. According our desire you will get an amply breakfast buffet or an already covered breakfast table in your „Almlodge“. Furthermore there is a swimming pond, different sauna and an in-house adventure program for relaxing and attractive holidays. All huts are with internetaccess for laptops.
The active alp village “Almlust” is located in the center of Flachau. The reception you find at the main street about 2 km after the beginning of Flachau on the right side.
The booking is fixed as soon as we have the advance payment of about the price of 2 nights inside of 10 days.
Please tell us the approximate time of arriving. Generally you can move into the huts on the day of arrival at 4.00 p.m. and at the departure you have to leave the huts till 10.00 a.m. If you arrive earlier we kindly ask you to check in also at our reception than we inform you when you can move into your hut.
Bed linen, towels and electricity are included in the price. Final-cleaning: from € 0,- to € 180,- (rooms are without final-cleaning, at the Almpartements & Almlodges the final-cleaning depends). The local tax from the age of 15 on per person per night is € 2,- (01.12.-30.04. and 20.06.-10.09.), € 1,20/night (01.05.-19.06. and 11.09.-30.11.).
